“In trial work we are in the position to help people who really need help. These are often people who don’t have anywhere else to turn and who face large odds. There is nothing more rewarding in the law than achieving a great result for someone who really needs the help."

Brad Bonner feels a tremendous sense of reward from helping his clients. He is passionate about working with people through tough, complex cases and difficult times. In simple terms, he takes great pride in solving his clients' problems and in seeing their lives improve.

Born and raised in Wyoming, and now with a firm of his own in his hometown, Brad has a life-long connection to the state. As he was growing up, his parents owned the local newspaper. After high school, Brad attended journalism school fully expecting to enter the newspaper business with his family. Along the way, he developed an interest in the law. He graduated with a B.A. in journalism from the University of Wyoming in 1987. In 1992, he received his J.D., with honors, from the University of Wyoming College of Law.

After passing the bar in 1992, Brad joined a private firm in Casper, Wyoming. There, he concentrated on civil and commercial litigation and personal injury law. Three years later, Brad was made a partner in that firm. In 1997, he decided to move back to Park County to start a new practice -- the firm that now is Bonner Stinson, P.C. The firm grew rapidly. It was a solo practice for one year, and by 2001, the firm had quadrupled.

Actively involved in the community, Brad presently is the chairman of a local organization responsible for building a community arts center: Plaza Diane. He also is a member of the Board of Law Examiners, the group responsible for writing and grading the Wyoming bar exam. He currently serves on the boards of First National Bank & Trust and the Powell Tribune.

Brad lives in Park County with his wife and three children. He loves the outdoors and enjoys golf, painting and photography.
